Meeting with H.E. Teiji Hayashi, Ambassador and Director General of the Latin American and Caribbean Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan
Dr. Ritter Diaz, Representative Director and former Ambassador of Panama to Japan together with Mrs. Martha Zelayandia, former Ambassador of El Salvador to Japan and Honorary Member of the Japan Association for Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (JAPOLAC) held a meeting with H.E. Teiji Hayashi, Ambassador and Director General of the Latin America and Caribbean Bureau of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan to explain about the objectives and activities of the Association.
Director General Hayashi welcomed the establishment of JAPOLAC as a new platform to further advance the good relations between Japan and the regional and Latin America and the Caribbean.
