Meeting with the Ambassador of Uruguay
On February 3, 2021, Dr. Ritter Diaz, Representative Director and Mrs. Martha Zelayandia, former Ambassador of El Salvador to Japan and Honorary Member of the Japan Association for Promotion of Latin America and the Caribbean (JAPOLAC) met with the Ambassador of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, H. E. Cesar Ferrer to explain about the objectives and activities of the Association.
Ambassador Ferrer welcomed the establishment of JAPOLAC, wishing success in all endeavors of the Association to further promote the region Latin America and the Caribbean in Japan.
